This session is for mums who have recently given birth, providing a welcoming space for you and your baby. The pilates will focus on post-natal rehab; building strength and control of the core to support healthy function of the pelvis/hips/lower back, improving upper body postural strength, and overall mobility and relaxation. Ideally this is for mums with babies aged 6 weeks to 9/12 months.

These classes are held in the lovely setting of Stoke Row Sports Pavilion on Newlands Lane. Plenty of free parking is available.
